Picnic & Pilates

26th July | 11am | Eaton Park, Norwich | £12 for one adult + one child

45 minute post natal specific Pilates class taught by Lauren followed by a BYO picnic in Eaton Park.

Lauren has been teaching Pilates for 10 years and has run Pilates East since 2016. She has taught lots clients in a group and 1:1 basis throughout pregnancy and postpartum and teaches informative and effective classes relevant to you and your changing body.

After welcoming her little boy in 2023 and knowing first hand how hard it is to make time for exercise and self care, Lauren is passionate about finding ways to make Pilates accessible to all parents.

Picnic & Pilates is a fun, informal way to exercise, whilst still caring for your little one and a chance to socialise and meet other local parents.
